Chambers & Partners identifies and ranks the most outstanding law firms and lawyers in over 180 jurisdictions throughout the world. In 2019, Chambers & Partners included CMT’s Projects, Infrastructure, and Energy practice in both its Asia-Pacific and Global Rankings. Patricia A. O. CMT was also included in the 2019 Asia-Pacific rankings for its Corporate/M&A, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property practices.
In the publication, CMT gives an overview of Philippine environmental law and enforcement, including liability for environmental incidents and damages. Climate change and emissions trading, as well as the trends and developments in Philippine environmental law, among others, are also discussed.
