Ms. Ramos obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2024, graduating valedictorian and magna cum laude. She also received the Justice Francis Jardeleza Prize for Best Paper on the West Philippine Sea. She served as an Editor for the 95th Volume of the Philippine Law Journal, the oldest English-language law review in Asia, and a member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the official honor society of the College of Law. She also held the Violeta Calvo-Drilon and the Malcolm 100 – UP Law Class of 1986 merit scholarships.

Ms. Ramos obtained her B.A. Broadcast Communication, summa cum laude and Valedictorian, from the same university in 2020. She also had the opportunity to study and do research in the United States through a grant administered by the Fulbright Commission in the Philippines in 2019.

Ms. Ramos was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
