Ms. Medina obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the same university in 2017, where she graduated magna cum laude.

During her time as a law student, she worked as an intern with the Philippine Competition Commission, as well as the International Committee of the Red Cross.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
