Ms. Bagaforo obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the De La Salle University College of Law in 2022, where she graduated with distinction as first honorable mention.

She was a legal intern at the Office of the Solicitor General in 2020.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2017, where she graduated cum laude. She was inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu Honors Society and the International Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi that same year.

Ms. Bagaforo was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
