Professional Background

Mr. del Rosario is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Taxation and Special Projects Department, where he is mainly involved in advising clients on infrastructure, property development, and real estate transactions. He is likewise providing support to clients on various tax matters, including but not limited to assessments, compliance, and transactional structuring. As a corporate and commercial counsel, Mr. del Rosario has advised clients on various business transactions, ranging from operational and day-to-day matters to investment structures and merger transactions.

Mr. del Rosario obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the bar in 2017. In 2011, he obtained his degree in B.S. Business Administration and Accountancy from the same University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in said year.
