Professional Background

Mr. del Rosario is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate, Taxation and Special Projects Department, where he is mainly involved in advising clients on infrastructure, property development, and real estate transactions. He is likewise providing support to clients on various tax matters, including but not limited to assessments, compliance, and transactional structuring. As a corporate and commercial counsel, Mr. del Rosario has advised clients on various business transactions, ranging from operational and day-to-day matters to investment structures and merger transactions.

Mr. del Rosario also acted as a corporate counsel for one of the largest multinational companies involved in the energy industry. As business counsel, he provided legal advice on commercial matters, including but not limited to contract negotiations, investment and distribution agreements, and labor and employment. He was also part of the corporate secretarial team for said publicly-listed company, providing support on compliance and corporate governance matters.

Mr. del Rosario obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the bar in 2017. In 2011, he obtained his degree in B.S. Business Administration and Accountancy from the same University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in said year.
