Ms. Alarios obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2022, where she graduated with Second Honors.

While in law school, she served as an Editor and a member of the Executive Committee of the Ateneo Law Journal. She was awarded a scholarship under the Legal Scholarship Program of the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity (FLP) for academic year 2019-2020 and her Juris Doctor thesis entitled “Walking on Sunshine: Defining the Legal Parameters of Open Data in the Philippines” won first place in the FLP Dissertation Writing Contest for academic year 2021-2022.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines (“UP”) in 2017. In the UP School of Statistics, she also served in the Student Council as Councilor and Vice Chairperson during her junior and senior year, respectively.

Ms. Alarios was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
