Professional Background
Ms. Lim is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department, where she is actively involved in both prosecution and enforcement matters across a broad range of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Her practice includes advising clients on brand protection strategies, managing trademark portfolios, and handling opposition, cancellation and intellectual property violation cases.
In addition to her intellectual property work, Ms. Lim is also engaged in civil and commercial litigation.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law – Diliman (“UP Law”), where she was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence and was inducted into the Order of the Purple Feather, the official honor society of UP Law.
During law school, Ms. Lim gained valuable experience through apprenticeships with various law firms, served as a research assistant for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and worked as a legal assistant at the Supreme Court. She also completed internships with the Free Legal Assistance Group and the UP Office of Legal Aid, both of which she passed with distinction.
Ms. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from De La Salle University – Manila, where she graduated with honors and ranked 8th in her program.
She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
