Ms. Marte obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines (“UP”) College of Law in 2021. She was a member of the Order of the Purple Feather. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant for the UP Law Center – Competition Law and Policy Program.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Pharmacy from UP Manila in 2017. She is also a licensed pharmacist.

She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2022.
