Ms. Miranda obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2022, where she was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same university in 2018, where she graduated magna cum laude.

During her time as a law student, she worked as an apprentice for the Office of the Solicitor General and various other law firms.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
