Professional Background

Ms. Te earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2019. During her time in law school, she worked as a Research Assistant for the University of the Philippines Institute for Maritime Affairs and Law of the Sea (UP IMLOS). She also served as Fourth Year Batch Representative of the UP Law Student Government during her senior year.

Ms. Te graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2015.

She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2020.
