Mr. Lacsamana earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines (“UP”) College of Law in 2022, and was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. As a law student, he was a consistent member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the school’s Honor Society. He also served as an Editor of Volume 94 of the Philippine Law Journal.
Mr. Lacsamana obtained his B.S. Political Science degree from De La Salle University in 2018.
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
