Professional Background

Ms. Sibi earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines (“UP”) College of Law in 2020. While in law school, she was recognized as having Passed with Excellence during her internship at the Office of Legal Aid. She was also a member of the Editorial Board of Volume 92 of the Philippine Law Journal and a Research Assistant for the Institute of Human Rights of the UP Law Center.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, cum laude, from UP Cebu, where she graduated Valedictorian of the Class of 2016.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance.
