Professional Background

Mr. Tobillo obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2021 where he graduated with Second Honors.

He graduated honorable mention with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University Manila in 2015 and became a Certified Public Accountant in the same year.

Prior to taking up law, he worked as an audit associate for two (2) years in PwC.

Mr. Tobillo was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance.
