Mr. Santos obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines-College of Law in 2024. During his time in law school, he served as the Head of Logistics for the 2022 Bar Examinations and the Deputy Commissioner for Operations for the 2023 Bar Examinations. He has likewise served as a corporate officer in an NGO, and an intern in various law firms.

Mr. Santos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 2019, where he graduated cum laude. He became a Certified Public Accountant in the same year.

Mr. Santos was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
