Mr. Nunag earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law under the International Environmental Law track, graduating as the Class Salutatorian and recipient of the Silver Medal for Academic Excellence.

As a law student, Mr. Nunag participated in various organizations, including the Joaquin Bernas Center Student Corps and the Teehankee Center for the Rule of Law. During his junior year, he served as President of the Ateneo Center for International Economic Law. He was also a member of the Ateneo Central Bar Operations’ Academics Committee for Remedial Law during the 2023 Bar Examination preparations.

In 2019, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Nunag was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
