Professional Background

Ms. Facinal earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2020.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of the Philippines Visayas in 2014. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a junior associate at another Philippine law firm, where she handled general corporate and tax matters, as well as data privacy and cybersecurity.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
