Ms. Delfin obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines-College of Law in 2024.

While in law school, she worked as a Research Assistant for the UP Gender Law and Policy Program and the UP Law Center. She interned in several top law firms in the country, as well as in the UP Office of Legal Aid and the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, where she passed both internships with distinction. She also served as the Public Relations Head of the UP Law Bar Operations Commission.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2020.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
