Ms. Lat obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2023, where she graduated rank 6th in her batch, and with Second Honors.

Throughout law school, Ms. Lat was active in the Ateneo Central Bar Operations, serving as Vice Chairperson for the Academics Committee in her final year, after having served as Understudy to the Academics Heads, Topic Head for Succession, and Understudy to the Topic Head for Succession during the years prior.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. Lat worked for a multinational fast-moving consumer goods company under the Operations Department, where her work focused on improving and maintaining efficient systems. She then worked for a real estate tech company, where she focused on marketing and partnerships.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering with a Minor in French from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2016.

Ms. Lat was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
