Mr. Cariño obtained his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University-College of Law (“SBU-COL”) in 2023, where he ranked 10th in the graduating class.
During his time in law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Barrister, the official student publication of SBU-COL, and as a member of the Editorial Board of San Beda Law Journal. He was also a member of the RGCT-San Beda Centralized Bar Operations and San Beda Law-Human Rights Advocates. In 2020 and 2022, he interned for the Office of the Solicitor General and for a private law firm, respectively.
Mr. Cariño earned his Bachelor of Arts major in Psychology from De La Salle University.
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
