Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia (CMT) participated in the official launch of PDRC45 with partner Carla S. Pingul serving as one of the panelists in the event titled “Your First Arbitration Appointment” held on 21 March 2025 at the PDRC Chambers and via Zoom.
PDRC45, a new initiative by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRC), is designed for members under the age of 45 and other emerging dispute resolution practitioners. The group aims to provide young professionals with the knowledge, skills, and networks necessary to establish and grow their careers in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Atty. Pingul, recognized for her expertise in commercial arbitration and complex dispute resolution, shared practical insights on launching a career in arbitration. She discussed how to navigate first-time appointments, manage client expectations, and effectively address challenges commonly encountered in the field. Drawing from her experience in both domestic and international arbitration, she provided attendees with actionable strategies and professional guidance.

- Key rules and procedures in commercial arbitration
- Managing expectations and resolving disputes with professionalism
