Chambers Asia-Pacific 2020 ranks Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia (CMT) as a Band 1 firm for Intellectual Property in the Philippines.
Chambers stated in its review of CMT’s IP Department that it is a “flourishing practice with a standout reputation in contentious IP cases.” It also cited a client’s review that the CMT IP team “displayed the utmost professionalism in their work and a devotion to our company as client,” adding that “the firm displays resourcefulness in undertaking urgent and critical matters.”
