Mr. Gancayco earned his juris doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2025, where he was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. During his time in law school, he was a member of the Order of the Purple Feather and served as an extern of the Office of the Solicitor General where he was recognized as having served with excellence.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama, where he was a member of the Honors College and the recipient of a UA Recognition Scholarship.

Mr. Gancayco was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.
