She is a Trained Arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) and is a member of the Society of Construction Law Philippines (SCLP), reflecting her interest in alternative dispute resolution and construction-related legal issues. Prior to joining CMT Law in 2021, Ms. Salinas gained valuable experience as a Knowledge Management Professional at a leading multinational law firm. In this role, she was instrumental in developing and managing global legal knowledge systems, identifying jurisdiction-specific developments, and curating strategic resources to support lawyers and clients across international offices. Ms. Salinas earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science, also from the same university.
