Mr. Caro earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Agustin – Iloilo in 2025, where he ranked as Batch Salutatorian in his graduating class. He served as a Legal Intern at the Office of the Solicitor General of the Republic of the Philippines, assisting in the preparation of pleadings and legal submissions for cases before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He also served as an intern at the Senate of the Philippines, where he supported legislative research and policy work.
During law school, he was a member of The Parliament, the official moot court and debate organization of the University of San Agustin College of Law, where he competed in and won several moot court competitions. He was Champion of the National Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law, where he received distinctions for Best Memorial for both the Prosecution and the Defense, as well as recognition as one of the Best Oralists. He subsequently represented the Republic of the Philippines in the 21st Hong Kong Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot Court. He was also Champion of the Office of the Solicitor General Legal Internship Program Moot Court, where he was awarded Best Oralist and Best Memorandum for the Respondent. He likewise served as Vice President of the Bar Reviewer Organization, where he spearheaded structured review programs to assist bar examinees.
He is an alumnus of the Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service of the University of San Agustin, where he completed his pre-law studies and actively participated in academic and leadership initiatives, including debate and legislative simulation.
Mr. Caro was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.
