Ms. Olegario obtained her Juris Doctor from Western Mindanao State University in 2025. She is a holder of a Philippine Utility Model and completed the WIPO–Philippines Summer School on Intellectual Property. She previously served as a Science Research Specialist and Technical Administrator for the same university’s Innovation and Technology Support Office, where she facilitated the evaluation and filing of intellectual property applications.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same university in 2015. During her undergraduate studies, she was selected as a Google Student Ambassador for Southeast Asia and represented the Philippines in international programs in Norway, South Korea, and Japan.

Her technical expertise is grounded in multi-sectoral experience, having worked in government as a computer programmer for the Department of Information and Communications Technology, in the corporate and indie sector as a game developer, and internationally as a cybersecurity analyst for a British firm. She has also contributed to the academe as a Computer Science faculty member in the same university.

Ms. Olegario was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.
