Ms. Dela Cruz earned her juris doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2025 and received the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence award.

Prior to her legal career, she specialized in data verification for the US market and performed complex root-cause analysis for data interpretation issues as a Junior Data Analyst at a leading provider of corporate governance and responsible investment solutions. This professional experience is complemented by her international stint as a Global Volunteer in Vietnam, where she conducted field research to promote sustainable tourism.

In 2019, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines Diliman Extension Program in Pampanga.

Ms. Dela Cruz was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.
