A team of the firm’s lawyers led by partners Simeon V. Marcelo, Miguel U. Silos, Elmar B. Galacio, and Victor Emmanuel M. Pangilinan attended the summmit.

Speakers from the United Nations Commitee on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Hong Kong Judiciary as well as international and Hong Kong arbitration experts examined the interpretation and application of the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in the judiciary.
