With some of the world’s leading senior practitioners and scholars as lecturers, the participants learned firsthand and were able to network with practitioners from around the world. The course consisted of presentations and interactive discussions using mock cases which honed the participants’ understanding of critical theoretical concepts while also emphasizing many practical aspects involved in conducting an international arbitration.
