Ms. Rañola obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2023. She was the Chair of the Philippine Law Journal Student Editorial Board for Volume 96 and a recipient of the Violeta Calvo-Drilon–ACCRALAW Merit Award. She graduated as a Dean’s Medalist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines School of Economics in 2019.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
