Ms. Concio obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2023, where she graduated with Second Honors.

As a law student, Ms. Concio joined the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition (Jessup) in 2021, 2022, and 2023. In 2021 and 2023, her team qualified in the International Rounds of Jessup and finished as world quarterfinalists. During the Philippine Rounds of Jessup, she was awarded as the 2nd Best Oralist in 2023 and the 6th Best Oralist in 2022. Ms. Concio also joined the 2021 Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition where her team ranked overall 2nd Runner Up. She was also awarded as overall 4th Best Respondent Oralist.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2019, where she graduated cum laude.

Ms. Concio was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
