Professional Background
Ms. Pingul obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law. She graduated ninth in her class and was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. She is a member of the Order of the Purple Feather. She was also a legal researcher for the UP Law Center-Institute of Human Rights.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, from the De La Salle University, Manila.
She joined CVC Law in 2012 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in the same year.
She is currently with the Litigation Department of Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia.
