Professional Background

Ms. Domingo obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2011 where she graduated cum laude and fifth in her class. She was also awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence and a member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the College’s Honor Society. Ms. Domingo was also a recipient of the CJ Fred Ruiz Castro Foundation Scholarship.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
