Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia Senior Partner Pancho G. Umali Completes Master of Laws in International Trade Law

Umali has successfully completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law from the International Training Centre of the International Labor Organization (ITCILO), offered in partnership with the University of Turin.

 

The prestigious one-year program is internationally recognized for its rigorous curriculum and global scope. Designed for lawyers and professionals engaged in cross-border commercial and regulatory matters, the LL.M. combines online coursework, a residential phase in Turin, and a comprehensive final essay, allowing students to deepen their understanding of the legal frameworks that govern global trade.

 

Through this program, Mr. Umali completed advanced studies in:

Cross-border dispute resolution mechanisms
Intellectual property and technology transfer in global markets
International arbitration and harmonization of trade laws
