Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia (CMT) Partner Jacques S. Lynn, MCIArb represented the Philippines and the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR) at the 2024 JCAA Arbitration Days held on 20-22 November 2024 in Tokyo, Japan.
Ms. Lynn spoke on the panel “Institutions in Asia: Cooperating for Global Best Practices” as the Deputy Secretary-General for External Relations of PICCR, together with representatives of the Thailand Arbitration Center, Japan International Dispute Resolution Center, and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB INTERNATIONAL). The PICCR is a non-stock, non-profit arbitral institution that provides commercial arbitration and other ADR services and facilities for parties, and provides professional training, development, and accreditation for arbitration advocates and practitioners.
Ms. Lynn is a member of CMT’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice Group and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is an experienced arbitration counsel, as well as an arbitrator accredited with the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR), an arbitrator at the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR), and a trained arbitrator of Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI).
