Jacques S. Lynn, Vice-President for Chapters of PIArb and Assistant Corporate Secretary of PICCR, attended the Regional Arbitral Institutes Forum (RAIF) Conference 2023 held in Bangkok, Thailand last 10 November 2023.
RAIF brings together professional institutes of arbitrators across the Asia-Pacific region to share knowledge and collaborate. The RAIF Conference allowed Attys. Galacio and Lynn the opportunity to catch up on events from all around our diverse region through the two panel sessions on investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) and intellectual property and arbitration.
