Professional Background

Ms. Roxas earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila Law School in 2013 with second honors distinction. She was a grantee of the Old Sasakawa Foundation scholarship.

Ms. Roxas was an active member of the Mercantile Law Academics Committee of the Ateneo Central Bar Operations where she was the Intellectual Property Law Subject Head. During her final year in law school, she authored and successfully defended a thesis entitled “Paving the Way for Premises Liability in the Philippines: Defining the Duty of Possessors of Realty for Criminal Conduct of Third Parties”.

Ms. Roxas also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management from the University of Santo Tomas where she graduated in 2009.

She is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Special Projects Department.
