CMT represented one of the country’s preeminent Information Technology (IT) firms in an ad hoc arbitration against its counterparty in connection with a contract for the provision of technical and professional services involving development of information systems. The client was awarded damages and renumerations in total amount reaching a Hundred Million Pesos.
